Registration Verification

In order to provide our customers with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible we verify registration details by phone.

After your initial registration a representative will contact you during business hours to confirm your registration details. In the case that you are not available, five follow up calls will be made before contacting you by email.

After successful registration your phone card will be emailed to your registered email address. Where Ephonecards is unable to confirm the registration the account will be suspended until you can be contacted and registration details confirmed before any phone cards are sent to you.

Order Fulfillment

An order is deemed completed when we send you the email containing the phone card information including its PIN. This will normally be emailed to the email address given. a) An email account that contains a deny filter on Ephonecards email addresses

In such circumstances we can resend the purchasers order to another email address upon request. Details of the phone card can also be obtained by logging into your account and viewing the details online. Refunds are not granted by Ephonecards under these circumstances.
