Getting Help !!

There are many different reasons why you may not be able to connect to the number you are trying to dial. For your privacy, only you have access to your call records and card usage records. These are maintained by the phone card  company and are provided when you quote your PIN number to them.

To resolve issues quickly you need to call the customer support help desk phone number for the card and they will be able to explain and resolve the issue for you while you are on the phone. They can look up your calls and tell you what happened or explain how to use the service.

The Latest & Greatest Phone Cards...

We have had many requests for more cards so over the past month we have been quality checking lots of different cards. We have added these new phone cards to the website and explain what each card is best for below.

888
A new card to the market from a very reputable supplier. This card only comes in $10 denomination and has very good rates to China (0.5c/min), Argentina (2.6c/min), India (9c/min), and Philippines (11c/min). It has very high quality connections. There are no connection fees and the 1300 local access number has no surcharge. It is great to use from remote locations in Australia.

Agila
This card is focused on providing the best prices to the Philippines (11.3c/min), Manila (11.3c/min) and Philippines mobile (18.1c/min). It does not have the best rate to Manila though -- you should try Smiley if you are phoning Manila in particular. Again it only comes in the $10 denomination. With the customer service you can only leave messages and they will call you back within 24 hours.

Best Friend
One of the best quality cards if you call multiple countries - the line quality is very good. Their connection fees are 4 times the call rate or 15c minimum - so only use this card for countries with low call rates. If the person is not home you are not changed the connection fee - connection fees are only charged after 1 minute. When dialling an international number you need to use "00" instead of "0011" for international calls.

Bharat
Another card with good rates to India (11.3c/min), India Mobile (11.3c/min), Bangladesh (7.2c/min) and Pakistan (10.6c/min). There is no connection fee and billing is in 3 minute increments. With the customer service you can only leave messages and they will call you back within 24 hours.

Good Morning Cambodia
Has good rates to some Asian countries such as China (1c/min), Cambodia (14c/min), Iran (9c/min), Iraq (40c/min), Indonesia (9c/min), Malaysia (3c/min). But be careful with the variable connection fee and variable billing increments. Its is best to call their customer support for the exact connection fee and billing increment for your country.

Good Morning China
Again has good rates to some Asian countries such as China (1c/min), Cambodia (20c/min), Philippines (13c/min), Sri Lanka (11c/min), Thailand (5c/min), Egypt (12c/min). A lot of customers use this card for calls to Cambodia mobile (14c/min). But be careful with the variable connection fee and variable billing increments. Its is best to call their customer support for the exact connection fee and billing increment for your country.

Smiley
Again a good card if you call multiple countries with very cheap all day rates to 46 countries. It has no connection fees and bills in 1 minute increments.
The call rate to Manila is 10c/min. A very popular card with many customers.

Talk Tomato
A card from a very good company with great quality connections. It has great call rates to Europe and North America in particular. It has no connection fees and has even cheaper rates at off peak times which are 2am-6am AEST.

Wicket
This is an Optus card with great line quality. It especially targets India (13.1c/min), Indian cities (9.6c/min), Bangladesh (9.6c/min), Pakistan (9.6c/min),  Sri Lanka (13.1c/min) and Trinidad (19.9c/min). It is also very good for Greece (3.3c/min), UK (1.4c/min), USA (1.4c/min), and Vietnam (29.9c/min). It does have a small connection fee of 10c.

Voice
A new card to the market from a very reputable supplier. This card comes in $10 and $20 denominations and has very good rates to Thailand (5.5c/min), Cyprus (5.5c/min), Slovenia (7.5c/min), Ghana Mobile (14.3c/min), Gambia (22.2c/min), Iraq (7.5c/min), Bolivia (15.9c/min), Vanuatu (15.9c/min), Yemen (15.9c/min), Zimbabwe (6.3c/min). It has very high quality connections. There are no connection fees and billing is in 3 min increments. It has even cheaper rates at off peak times which are 1.30am-6am AEST.

Xtreme Vietnam
This card is focused on providing the best prices to the Vietnam (12.5c/min), Vietnam mobile (13.8c/ min), Hanoi (12.5c/min), Ho Chi Minh (12.5c/min). Again it only comes in the $10 denomination. There is no connection fees and the billing is in 1 minute increments.
